About Our Company
OMNI Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2019 by Khun Nathanont Praewpraowong as Managing Director who is experienced and graduated Property & Facilities Management from New York in United States of America. Khun Nathanont has extensive experiences in property management both in Thailand and abroad beginning with the position of Senior Property Manager to Managing Director of countless famous organizations. From foreign real estate consulting companies to leading real estate development companies in Thailand which were registered with the stock market of Thailand.

With 2 decades of property management engineering experiences, Khun Sanguanpong is an Engineering Director at Omni Management leading and supporting both HQ and on-site engineering team. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Senior Engineering Manager supporting more than 40 condominium buildings. In addition, he also has extensive experiences on high-rise commercial building in Bangkok. He specializes in hand-over and commissioning, strategic plan preventive maintenance, and building technology.

Senior Operation Manager
Khun Sutheera has had more than 10 years experiences in managing a number of juristic person condominiums. She started her property management career as a high-rise condominium Building Manager looking after several high-rise buildings from 600 – 900 units for more than 7 years. Then, she has been promoted to be an Operation Manager overseeing 7-8 high-rise condominiums totaling 3000 units. As well as an Operation Manager, Khun Sutheera has also acted as Juristic Person Manager for a number of condominiums.

Accounting / Finance Manager
Khun Kanokrat has more than 8 years of extensive experiences in managing juristic person accounting and finance. She started her career as an Accounting Officer looking after 5-6 condominiums. She is leading teams on implemeting accounting system setup in accounting software. Moreover, she also obtained certicates on advanced accounting system for juristic person, Juristic person accounting in digital age, and etc.
